ICBA President and CEO Rebeca Romero Rainey and ICBA Senior Executive Vice President, Chief of Government Relations and Public Policy Anne Balcer have been recognized as two of Washingtonian magazine’s 500 Most Influential people in the banking and finance sector for their tireless advocacy on behalf of the nation's community banks.
