TCM Bank, N.A., the credit card bank of ICBA Payments, has announced the election of new board members. Robert Barnes, president and CEO of PriorityOne in Magee, Miss.; Brad Bolton, president and CEO of Community Spirit Bank in Red Bay, Ala.; and Anita Drentlaw, president and CEO of New Market in Lakeville, Minn., have joined the board. Additionally, Jack Hartings, Chairman of People Bank Co. of Coldwater, Ohio, who previously served on the board, was elected chair of the TCM Bank Board of Directors.

"The industry expertise they bring along with the experience and leadership of Jack Hartings as our new chairman is invaluable as we look to expand our service offerings on behalf of the nation’s community banks and the more than half a million consumers they serve."
Jack Hartings has held various leadership roles at ICBA. He served as ICBA chairman in 2015-16 and is a former chairman of the ICBA Consolidated Holdings and Services Network board. He also serves on the ICBA Payments and ICBA Reinsurance boards and is a member of the ThinkTECH Selection committee.
Robert Barnes is a seasoned community bank executive and advocate who has testified before Congress on behalf of the industry. Active at both state and local levels, Barnes serves on the ICBA Services Network board and is vice chairman of the Mississippi Bankers Association.
Brad Bolton holds numerous leadership roles at ICBA including positions on the Executive Committee, board of directors, and Federal Delegate Board. He is vice chairman of the ICBA Nominating Committee, a member of the Policy Development Committee, and serves as Executive Committee liaison for both Rural America & Agriculture and Bank Operations committees. Bolton was ICBA Chairman in 2022-23.
Anita Drentlaw is a fourth-generation CEO at New Market Bank and currently chairs the Independent Community Bankers of Minnesota. She actively advocates for community banks by testifying before state legislatures and serving on Minnesota's Department Department Commerce Community Bank Advisory Board.
Serving alongside Barnes, Bolton, Drentlaw, Hartings, and Tweddle on TCM's board are William Loving from Pendleton Community Bank in Franklin W.Va.; Ruth Christopher from Citizens Bank in Las Cruces N.M.; Jeff Newgard from Bank Idaho Falls Idaho.
