Capital One ranks highest in J.D. Power's small business banking satisfaction study

Capital One has achieved the highest ranking in the J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Small Business Banking Satisfaction Study. This study evaluates satisfaction levels among small businesses with the largest financial institutions across the United States.

The study gathered responses from 7,104 small business owners or financial decision-makers who utilize business banking services. Conducted between May and August 2023, it measures satisfaction based on seven factors: trust level, people, banking convenience, account offerings, time or money-saving help, digital channels, and problem resolution.
