Billd, a provider of commercial financing solutions for subcontractors, has appointed Brad Cooper as the new Chief Customer Officer. This appointment aims to enhance their commitment to serving subcontractors, who are often considered an underserved segment in the industry.
Brad Cooper brings over 20 years of experience in leading customer experience teams that focus on growth and scalability. Before joining Billd, he held executive roles at several firms, including Dell and GoDaddy. At Procore, he led both international and U.S. customer success teams.

Cooper's approach is described as customer-centric and data-driven, which is expected to be beneficial for Billd’s ongoing growth. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Park University and a Master’s degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
