Billd appoints Brad Cooper as chief customer officer

Billd, a provider of commercial financing solutions for subcontractors, has announced the appointment of Brad Cooper as its new Chief Customer Officer. The company emphasizes its commitment to delivering exceptional service to subcontractors, a group it identifies as traditionally underserved.

Brad Cooper brings over 20 years of experience in leading customer experience teams at high-growth companies. Before joining Billd, he held executive roles at several firms, including Dell and GoDaddy. His interest in the construction industry developed during his tenure at Procore, where he led both International and US Customer Success teams, contributing to significant growth and operational improvements.

Christopher Doyle, CEO of Billd, expressed enthusiasm about the new appointment: “We are thrilled to welcome Brad Cooper to the Billd team as our Chief Customer Officer. Cooper's approach is described as customer-centric and data-driven. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Park University and a Master’s degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
