The 2024 U.S. Small Business Banking Satisfaction Study assessed feedback from 6,976 small business owners and financial decision-makers across the United States.
The study, conducted between May and August 2024, evaluated satisfaction based on seven key factors: trust level, personnel interactions, flexibility in banking methods, account offerings, efficiency in saving time or money, digital channels, and problem resolution.
