ICBA expands agreement with Wolters Kluwer to include new compliance solutions

The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) has expanded its relationship with Wolters Kluwer to include two new offerings: the BizFilings Beneficial Ownership Information Filing platform and OneSumX Reg Manager. These tools are designed to help community banks streamline compliance, reduce regulatory risks, and improve operational efficiency.

"Community banks rely on innovative, secure solutions to meet evolving regulatory demands while maintaining their relationship-driven approach," stated Adam Mahone, ICBA Senior Vice President of ICBA Innovation. He added that these new features aim to reduce complexity and improve accuracy for community banks.

The BizFilings platform is tailored for small businesses, featuring an easy-to-use interface and automation to simplify beneficial ownership filings. It includes smart forms, mobile-friendly functions for secure uploads, and unlimited invitations for collaboration with beneficial owners. Expert support is available during business hours through a dedicated help desk.

OneSumX Reg Manager provides daily updates on federal and state regulatory changes in the U.S., helping community banks track compliance across various business lines. The solution uses AI-supported by human expertise to deliver structured data feeds from relevant regulatory agencies.

Steve Meirink, CEO of Wolters Kluwer Financial & Corporate Compliance, emphasized the importance of these solutions in assisting community banks with complex regulatory requirements. "The BizFilings Beneficial Ownership Information Filing platform and OneSumX Reg Manager offer intuitive tools to enhance compliance management," he said.

Wolters Kluwer will conduct a webinar titled "Preparing Your Small Business Banking Clients for the BOI Deadline" on December 4th. This session aims to provide insights into BOI requirements' impact on entities and highlight the significance of meeting filing deadlines.
