The American Fintech Council (AFC) has expressed its support for Jonathan McKernan following his nomination to lead the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Phil Goldfeder, Chief Executive Officer of AFC, extended congratulations to McKernan and highlighted his extensive experience with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), and the Senate Banking Committee.
