Navy Federal Credit Union has announced special offers and events in recognition of Military Appreciation Month. The initiatives extend throughout May and aim to honor Active Duty Servicemembers, Veterans, and their families.
Mehdi Dinia, vice president of membership at Navy Federal, expressed the organization's dedication to the military community, stating, "Our purpose is to spread military appreciation by honoring those who serve or have served."
The credit union's offers include:
- A 0.25% reduction in VA loan rates during May, with additional terms and conditions applicable.
- An opportunity to earn a $100 bonus by opening a Share Certificate.
- A $10 bonus for new members who open a Free Active Duty Checking Account and make a debit card purchase within the first 30 days.
- 20,000 bonus points on a MoreRewards American Express Card after spending $2,000 within 90 days.
- A $200 bonus for refinancing an auto loan of at least $5,000 from another lender. Active Duty and retired military members with a direct deposit can benefit from a 0.25% APR discount on auto refinance loans.
Navy Federal is also hosting activities for members and the military community to engage in.
