Navy Federal Credit Union has announced the expansion of its Permanent Change of Station (PCS) Initiative, aimed at supporting Active Duty Servicemembers and their families during relocations. The enhanced initiative consolidates resources into a central hub designed to provide knowledge and support throughout each stage of the transition to a new community.
"A PCS move is more than a relocation; it’s the start of a new chapter," stated Annie Sebastian, chief member strategy officer at Navy Federal. "Our goal is to help improve the financial wellbeing of members who are PCSing, providing them with the right tools and services to be financially resilient and embrace each change of duty station with confidence."
The initiative includes various tools developed in collaboration with Veterans and military spouses who have experienced frequent PCS moves. These tools feature robust checklists, a monthly spending calculator, special product offers, and real-time guidance through a 24/7 stateside member service team.
"Our mission is to make sure our members are supported wherever life takes them," said Brian K. Parker, vice president of member experience innovation at Navy Federal. "We’re delivering personalized tools and trusted resources that move with our members—ensuring a smooth transition from one home to the next."
In addition to current offerings, Navy Federal plans to introduce more tailored resources in the coming months. This effort aligns with their broader commitment to support military life transitions.
