For the third year in a row, Capital One has been named the top bank in the United States for Small Business Banking Customer Satisfaction by J.D. Power. The recognition comes from the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Small Business Banking Satisfaction Study, which surveyed 6,589 small business owners and financial decision-makers about their experiences with major banks across the country.
The study evaluated satisfaction across seven key areas: trust, quality of personnel, banking flexibility, account offerings, support in saving time or money, digital channels, and problem resolution. The survey was conducted between June and August 2025.
“Small businesses are the backbone of our economy and a key driver of innovation. We are grateful for the trust small business owners place in us year after year,” said Jenn Flynn, Head of Small Business Bank at Capital One. “Achieving the top spot from J.D. Power for three consecutive years fuels our passion to champion and support small business owners in every step of their growth journeys.”
