Navy Federal Credit Union has achieved the highest score among credit card issuers in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction Study. This recognition underscores the credit union's commitment to delivering exceptional credit card products and services to its members.
The study evaluates customer satisfaction across various factors, including account management, benefits, customer service, new account handling, rewards earning and redeeming, and terms.
