The American Financial Services Association (AFSA) is set to host a webinar titled "Silos to Solutions – Building F&I Product Data Integrity in Auto Finance" on October 9, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. EST. The event will address challenges faced by lenders due to fragmented data systems in the finance and insurance (F&I) product sector.
According to AFSA, disconnected data can hinder servicing processes, complicate cancellations, and increase the risk of consumer complaints. These inefficiencies may also lead to higher administrative costs and greater exposure to business, legal, and compliance risks.
The webinar will feature Stephen McDaniel, CEO of F&I Sentinel; Samantha Miller, Group Manager at Toyota Financial Services; and Matthew Brink, Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo. They will discuss key issues such as identifying gaps across the F&I product lifecycle and their impact on lender operations and dealer relations.
Another topic of discussion will be how technology—such as dealer management systems (DMS), application programming interfaces (APIs), and integration platforms—can help lenders achieve more consistent and transparent data management.
The panelists will also explain why stronger data integrity improves disclosure accuracy, reduces compliance risk, and builds consumer trust in financing. According to AFSA, "Lenders will leave with a clearer view of how to reduce operational friction, improve data governance, and turn information management into an advantage."
Registration for the webinar is currently open.
