ICBA Payments, a subsidiary of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), has announced leadership changes with Rebecca Kruse named as president and Juan Costantini joining as executive vice president and general counsel. Kruse will continue her role as chief operating officer, working closely with ICBA Payments CEO Jacob Eisen and the board to drive business operations and strategic initiatives.
Costantini will manage legal operations for ICBA Payments and its credit card bank, TCM Bank, N.A., focusing on corporate governance policies to ensure compliance and manage risk. "We're fortunate to have Becca and Juan—two well-respected and experienced financial services veterans as part of ICBA Payments," said Eisen. He praised Kruse's operational experience and banking background along with Costantini's legal expertise.
Kruse, who joined ICBA Payments in 2019, has over 20 years of experience in the payment industry. She previously worked at Sandy Spring Bank in Maryland. "I'm proud to lead ICBA Payments during this next phase of investment and transformation," she stated.
Costantini brings extensive experience from private practice, public service, and corporate leadership. He was formerly chief legal officer for MVB Bank. “I am honored to join ICBA Payments and TCM Bank,” he expressed.
ICBA Payments was launched in 1985 to support community banks' credit card programs. It continues to help bankers navigate the evolving payments landscape by developing new products and providing education on payments developments.
