Barclays US Consumer Bank has announced the renewal of its co-branded credit card program with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. This agreement extends a long-standing partnership between the two companies, with Barclays continuing as the exclusive issuer of the Wyndham Rewards Earner Plus Card, Wyndham Rewards Earner Card, and Wyndham Rewards Earner Business Card.
The suite of cards is tailored for frequent travelers, offering rewards such as up to 8x earn on gas purchases and hotel stays at Wyndham properties. The business card offers additional rewards for marketing, advertising, and utility purchases. Benefits also include membership upgrades in the Wyndham Rewards program, booking discounts, and anniversary bonuses.
Kurt Albert from Wyndham Hotels & Resorts commented on the partnership: “As champions of the everyday traveler, Wyndham is always looking for new ways to help our members stay engaged—both on the road and off.” He emphasized that these cards facilitate earning points through everyday spending while being supported by Barclays' service.
Doug Villone from Barclays US Consumer Bank highlighted their shared commitment with Wyndham: “We have a shared commitment to creating products that offer cardmembers great value and rewards that enhance their experiences with Wyndham.” He noted that this contract extension reflects over a decade of successful collaboration aimed at boosting customer loyalty.
